Our client is part of a global group and are a leading manufacturer of medical packaging. They wish to appoint an influential Manufacturing Manager with in-depth experience of implementing World Class Manufacturing Standards for a flagship site.
The Position
- Reporting to the Managing Director you will have responsibility for Manufacturing, Warehousing, Engineering, Health & Safety for the site operating 24/7.
- You will implement World Class Manufacturing Standards across the site driving commercial returns and safety.
The Person
Degree qualified with professional manufacturing and lean expertise you will have a proven track record of operating in the pharmaceutical/medical packaging arena.
With strong communication skills you will be an influential leader guiding and managing multi-disciplined teams to success.
