Our client is a leading retailer of food, beverages and miscellaneous goods who, due to growth and expansion, are recruiting a Retail Operations Director.
The Position
- Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing 100 plus stores across the UK and Ireland.
- You will lead a team of Regional Managers to ensure profits and targets are achieved for the Region.
- Working closely with the board and senior management team, you will provide leadership, vision and imagination whilst underpinning business objectives during an exciting period of company expansion, both organic and acquisitive.
The Person
You will be numerate and comfortable with large elements of profit and loss responsibility, but above all must be a leader who can commend respect from the board and an energetic workplace.
You will be keen to join a progressive organisation in which delivery of set goals in both recognised and highly remunerated.
